Unsere Freunde hatten Gänse und meinten, sie seien sehr zart und schmackhaft. Einziger Kritikpunkt: der Geruch im Restaurant. Laut anderen Bewertungen scheint das ein häufiges Problem zu sein. Die Küchenlüftung funktioniert entweder gar nicht oder nicht richtig. Ich wollte keinen Stern abziehen, weil wir ansonsten sehr zufrieden waren.

Des Personal isch freundlich, net ufdringlich ond hod a scheens Lächeln im Gsicht – so wie ma’s bei uns halt kennt. Des Essen? Einfach a Traum! I han die Maultascha probiert, handgschabt, so wie’s sich ghört. De Teig zart, d’Füllung kräftig ond gschmackig – grad so, wie wenn’s d’Omma selber gmacht hätt. A die Soß: sämig, rund ond ondrauf no a bissle gschmelzte Zwiebel – perfekt! Ond au der Rostbraten vom Tischnachbar hod sensationell ausgschaut: rosa, zart ond mit Krautsch drzu, wie’s im Lehrbuch steht. S’Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis isch absolut fair, ond die Portiona send so guat gmessen, dass wirklich koiner mit leerem Magen heimgeht.
